Overseas Pre-order period: March 06, 2024 PM13:00 - March 07, 2024 PM13:00 (Standard Korean time)

(The domestic pre-order start date and international pre-order start date are different.)


* If there is a large number of orders, it may close early.

Deposit period: within 2 days after ordering (Standard Korean time)

Expected product delivery date: after September 19, 2024

Products will be shipped within 130 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

from the closing date of the deposit period.

Precautions

- As this product is manufactured after pre-order, it is impossible to cancel or refund an order due to a simple change of mind after deposit and credit card payment.
- If you cancel your payment after ordering, a penalty will be given, so please purchase carefully.
- You can purchase up to 2 pieces per ID (2 pieces in total regardless of head type or skin color)
- The order will be canceled for additional orders after purchasing the total 2 units.
- Depending on the order volume, it may be sold out early.
- When opening a product, the opening time may vary by +-5 seconds depending on the site system.
- The color of the product may vary depending on the customer's monitor specifications and resolution.
- Due to the nature of the urethane material, this product may change over time.
- Be careful not to expose the product to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Certificate of Authenticity and Plate cannot be reissued. Please be careful with storage.
- Not for sale to anyone under the age of 15.

Exchange and Return Notice

- In the case of product defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us through the Q&A bulletin board within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Free exchange is not possible after 7 days.
- Products returned without prior consent cannot be processed.
If exchange or return is not possible
- Exchanges or refunds for manufactured products due to a simple change of mind are not possible.

  - Head plate and magnet detachment during shipping
- If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.
  However, except for cases where the packaging has been damaged to check the contents of the product.
- In case the product value is lost due to opening the packaging or damage to the packaging
- If the exchange/return period has elapsed, or if the intention to exchange or return is not notified
- In case the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption
