Precautions

- Exchanges are not possible due to defects due to products that are out of stock. Refunds are only possible in case of defects.

  - Characteristics of silicon mold: curve inside the mouth, see-through around the eyes, and see-through magnet

  - Small air bubbles generated during the process of transparent parts

  - Head plate and magnet separation phenomenon during delivery

- This product may show yellowing over time due to the nature of urethane material.

- Be careful when storing the product so that it is not exposed to high temperatures and direct sunlight.

- Certificate of authenticity and plate are not reissued. Please be mindful of storage.

- It is not possible to change options and payment methods after placing an order. Please check before payment.

- If there is any other damage to the face of the head, please contact us within 7 days (including weekends) after receiving the product.

  After 7 days, free exchange is not possible.

- Do not sell to children under the age of 15.

- Headquarters is not responsible for problems caused by not understanding the precautions and the contents of the sales page.
